A key element of this term is employee motivation, said DuşanWilms, a CEO with Metro Cash & Carry Romania, during the Meetthe CEO event organised by BUSINESS Magazin.
He explained this was vital as being used to success, with asoaring turnover year after year, the period of declining salescame as a cold shower.
At this time, "there must be a captain in front who should take upall the water and wind and make sure the team is stable," Wilmssays.
He prefers not to define the current period as a crisis one,considering we have just returned to normality after theconsumption excess artificially spurred by the lending boom.
