Developers of the Emerald Residences project, which is situated near Bucharest's Tei Lake, have created a fully furnished showroom apartment, according to Neocasa real estate consulting company, the project's broker. The project includes 12 apartment blocks with 279 apartments, which will be delivered onto the market in February next year. The apartments, which cover 52 to 537 square metres, have prices that start at 1,650 euros per square metre (plus VAT). The complex, built by Brooklyn Investment, entails investments worth 48 million euros, according to the initial statements made by the developers. Developers of the Asmita Gardens residential complex also used showroom apartments to sell homes that are under development.
