Together with RAEF investment fund, he had sold Certinvest tothe British giant in the autumn of 2007 in a deal put at 3m euros. Now, Voicu has taken over 99% in the company's capital for a sum ZFputs at around 500,000 euros. The management company, now managingassets worth 75.3m RON (17.7m euros), will no longer be calledAviva Investors, with the new name set to be disclosed in November, when the deal is concluded.

"(...) the 14m euros we are now managing in Romania weighedquite little when the other members of the group, with assets ofhundreds of million euros, sat at the same table.
