Drug distribution company Farmexpert, one of the leading players on the local market, hired over 130 people last year, reaching a team of 510 employees at the end of 2006. "Given the specificity of our company, the most targeted positions were sales positions, with this department alone seeing the creation of 36 posts (sales representatives, sales assistants, advisers), while 9 posts were set up in the logistical department (distributor drivers and worker - administrators) and 4 in the accounting department," said Carmen Zota, Farmexpertes national human resources manager. Farmexpert has been present on the drug distribution market since 1996 and was founded by Dr. Eugen Banciu. "We will continue to hire people this year, as well, the recruitment process is tightly connected to the objectives and strategies we set for ourselves, our policy aims to keep up with the development of the company and with the specific needs prompted by the expansion of our activity," said Carmen Zota.
