The merger between the constructions and real estate development company Impact Bucharest and Delta Holding Building Real Estate SRL is almost complete now that the officials of the two companies have established the conditions for this operation. The merger will be done by absorption, with the share swap ratio being only theoretical, considering that Impact, the absorbing company is the sole associate of the company being absorbed. The merger mainly targets the takeover of the plots of land Delta Holding Building Real Estate has in the Voluntari area, totalling approximately 42,000 square metres (4.2 hectares). To speed up the process, Impact took over Delta Holding Building Real Estate early in April, in a 2.5 million euro deal. Impact intends to build some 150 homes on this land, as part of its Azur 2 project, initiated at the end of last year. ZF
