Julius Baer holds 9.6% in Condmag Brasov

The American investment fund, Julius Baer International Equity Fund, was reported as owning a 9.62% stake in Condmag Brasov, a company specialising in transport pipelines, according to information published on Friday on the RASDAQ. Several foreign investment funds, as well as some of the SIFs, have recently bought significant amounts of Condmag shares, as the company is starting to make the necessary steps to move from the RASDAQ to the platform of the Stock Exchange. On Friday, shareholders of Condmag Brasov approved the transfer of company shares from the RASDAQ market to the 1st tier of the Stock Exchange. After completion of the company's listing in the 1st tier of the Stock Exchange, Condmag will start the necessary procedures to be upgraded to the Plus category of the Stock Exchange. Julius Baer is one of the biggest foreign funds active on the Stock Exchange.
