Investment management fund KD Investments is the first subsidiary of a foreign financial group to launch a mutual fund aimed at Romanian investors. The fund will invest on the domestic market. The company, a member of Slovenian group KD, has launched the KD Maximus mutual fund, which will chiefly invest in Romanian stocks. The Slovenians are also looking to launch another fund this fall, which will invest in bonds. "We aim to attract 2,000 investors for KD Maximus by yearend and to reach net asset of one million euros," Ion Mincu-Radulescu, president of KD Investments Romania told Ziarul Financiar. ZF
