Michael Lloyd, one of the best-known real estate developers on the Romanian market, who acted as managing partner of the largest real estate projects in Baneasa (Northern Bucharest), has left this position and will head an investment fund management company. He will stay on as a member of the Board of Directors of Baneasa Developments, which controls Baneasa Shopping City mall, the showpiece of the Baneasa project and the largest shopping centre in Bucharest. "In the future, Lloyd will continue to be present on the Romanian real estate market via an investment fund management company which he is setting up, and which will have a wider geographical focus that will include the Balkans and the Black Sea basin," announced Baneasa representatives.
