Neptun Campina increases capital

Neptun Campina will increase its share capital by approximately 650,000 euros (23.6bn ROL) by contribution in cash from shareholders, who subscribed at 25,000 ROL/share, a corporate release shows. The company makes reductors, trolleys for lifts, pumps etc. The bulk of its output is exported, with the most important destinations being Italy and France. Neptun's main clients include Sidex, Alro Slatina and Rompetrol. Neptun Campina last year made net profit estimated at 4.2 million euros (155bn ROL), nearly four times higher than the profit made in 2003. The 2004 turnover stood at 23.8 million euros (870bn ROL), up 82% from the sales in the previous year. The company exceeded the levels set in the budget early last year, when it anticipated net profit to reach 1.4 million euros and turnover to be of 15.2 million euros. ZF
