Nearing the end of his term, OMV's CEO says his main achievementwas to have turned the group from an Austrian company into aninternational one, with Petrom's acquisition as the cherry ontop.

Speaking about Romania, the market that practically doubled OMV'sturnover, Ruttenstorfer calls for more optimism, saying 2011 willbring economic growth domestically, too. "I am confident Romaniawill recover in 2011. You entered recession a year after Europeaneconomies and will exit it a year later, but it takes moreoptimism. (...)," said OMV's CEO.
