Titan district has seen more than 200 million euros invested inhomes. Developers have managed to sell about 80% of them.
Titan has been one of Bucharest's most sought after districts ofby real estate developers, as well as by customers in the last fewyears, so around 80% of the homes completed between 2007 and 2010in eastern Bucharest have been sold, according to a ZFanalysis.
Smaller projects, such as Swiss Cottage (102 apartments),Titanium (73 apartments) and Siriului Residence (63 apartments)were fully sold, while in bigger complexes, completed morerecently, around 600 apartments are still available.
In the Pallady Towers complex, around 150 apartments of the 216completed in the first two blocks of apartments have yet to besold, in Citadella Titan 136 out of 224 are still available, whilein the Armonia project, Adama has sold 60% of the 262 finalisedapartments, so around 100 are still unsold.
