Facilities such as kindergartens or supermarkets wereconceived in case at least 500-600 families, with 1,000 people, gotto live in the respective complexes, with their needs turning suchinvestments profitable. As many projects were halted after thefirst stage of development, the construction of facilities wasoften delayed. The owners of new apartments are primarily sufferingfrom the lack of kindergartens as clients are largely families,whose members are aged between 30-35, both of them work, and havetwo preschoolers. In some new housing projects, part of theproblems related to shopping centres or kindergartens have beensolved, but still the biggest part of developers have not kepttheir pledges.
