SDLLanguage Weaver linguistic services provider is going to invest 2meuros next year to develop the operational centre it opened inCluj-Napoca two years ago, where it will hire another 40people.
"The 2m-euro sum is the budget earmarked for the Cluj office,and investment will be aimed at technological development,infrastructure modernisation and supporting employee professionaldevelopment. For the time being, there is no intention of openingnew centres in other areas of the country," Adrian Gocan, managerwith Language Weaver Cluj, SDL Language Weaver's Romanianoperational centre, told ZF Transilvania.
The Cluj office, carrying out language and software developmentoperations, last year generated turnover worth around 550,000dollars, with the company projecting 1.2m dollar total turnover forthis year.
Language Weaver centre of Cluj provides communication andautomated translation services to companies.
The Cluj company now has 60 employees and plans to boost theirnumber to over 100 in two years at most.
