RAEF moves premises

02.03.2005, 00:00 11

Romanian-American Enterprise Fund (RAEF) has moved its offices closer to some of the companies it owns stakes in - Domenia Credit, Certinvest SA, Intercapital SA and RALFI SA. The move was made early last month and the location is a new office building on Bucharest's Blvd. Aviatorilor, announced the broker in the deal, real estate company Eurisko. The building has 1,600 square meters on 4 floors and is within the so-called "business district" of the capital city - the area between Piata Victoriei and Piata Charles de Gaulle and including neighbouring areas. Eurisko officials say the building was rented by RAEF before completion, as was the case for other office developments in the area. RAEF is one of the most important investment funds on the domestic market. It became a shareholder in Motoractive, the largest independent leasing company, in 2002. ZF
