Whilst so far multinationals, especially those in IT,were recruiting Romanians for management positions, now a localcompany is in the position of recruiting people from Microsoft.Charles Enrique Arizmendi, a graduate of the Harvard School ofBusiness who has worked at the world's biggest software producerfor the last 16 years, will be chief operating officer ofBitdefender, a company with a 2% share of the world's securitysoftware market, an industry estimated at 15 billion dollars lastyear.
