HR people should notnecessarily work more, but more wisely," said Anouk De Blieck, aHuman Resources Director for CEE with Citibank during theconference titled "The DNA of people one should keep in the companyto successfully overcome the crisis", organised by Ziarul Financiartogether with Citibank, in partnership with Mastercard, Medlife,Schoenherr si Asociatii, ASEBUSS, Total Soft, Yourway Counselingand Vapro. In the opinion of Ruxandra Stoian, a partner and HRconsulting services manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, employersshould focus more on the effort employees are now making, and notnecessarily on results, to keep them motivated.
