In the opinion of Ruxandra Stoian, a partner and HRconsulting services manager with PricewaterhouseCoopers, employersshould focus more on the effort employees are now making, and notnecessarily on results, to keep them motivated. Another way toboost employees' commitment is through benefits packages, which canbe recalculated.
