Finding an office space in Piaţa Victoriei is no longer animpossible and extremely costly mission, as it was two or threeyears ago, after a series of companies have relocated from thebuildings in the area, while part of the newly developed buildingshave not got their spaces filled, yet.
According to a ZF survey, based on information provided by realestate consultants, in 13 of the around 20 buildings in the area ofPiaţa Victoriei there are about 20,000 square metres available, atrents ranging between 15 and 20 euros per square metre, 20% lowerthan in the period ahead of the crisis.
Even cheaper are the spaces in the buildings located on DoctorFelix Street, while the owners of Metropolis project on Iancu deHunedoara Street are asking for 22 euros per square metre.
