National courier company Curiero estimates turnover will almost triple this year, to 4.2 million euros, mainly due to the development of a nationwide document management and distribution network. "Turnover will surge following our entering the document management and distribution services market, where our only rival is the Romanian Postal Company. The evolution of the Romanian courier services market has also added 150% to our turnover growth this year," said Bogdan Carcu, founder and chairman of Curiero. The company this year invested more than one million euros in the development of an international document management and distribution network and plans to earmark 3.5 million euros for this project in 2006. Considering existing contracts, Curiero forecasts revenues worth more than 10 million euros for 2006. "We have also been surprised by this surge and this is why we resorted to a specialist in growth management this summer," explained Carcu. ZF
