The new Labour Code limits to 10 working days the uninterruptedleave that employees can ask for. Until now, employees could askfor at least 15 working days' uninterrupted leave. Employees whowant to take 15 days' uninterrupted leave without risking to berefused by the employer, have 27 days left to submit theirapplications for leave, with the new Labour Code entering intoforce on April 30th.
