Aerospace and military equipment producer Aerostar Bacau last year posted 61.2bn ROL net profit and estimates to see it up by 2bn ROL in 2003. The gross dividend per share for the 2002 fiscal year was set to 3,524 ROL, that is half last year's dividend. Considering that every shareholder got 55 bonus shares for 35 shares held at the end of 2002, the gross dividend actually went up by about 20% in real terms. The par value of an Aerostar share is 25,000 ROL.. The company's shares were last trading for 24,000 ROL on the Bucharest Stock Exchange. Aerostar shares have peaked at 26,350 ROL this year, several days before the reference date, when investors were buying dividend-bearing shares. Mediafax
