Aluminium plant Alro Slatina has allotted more than half of last year's net profit (884.21 billion ROL) for dividends. The company will pay 1,366 ROL/share to stockholders, whereas the stock's market price has revolved around 17,000-19,000 ROL in the past month. The dividend fund will amount to 484 billion ROL (15.48 million euros), down about 18%, as net profit has dropped 38%, to 884 billion ROL (28.3 million euros). US trade company Marco International will cash some $11m in dividends, while the Privatisation Authority will receive more than $3 million. ZF
