Bucharest construction and demolition company Apolodor Comimpex has budgeted a 42 million-euro turnover for this year. The budgeted figure is a 20% increase on last year and comes amid a higher demand from the constructions market. The company's profit stood at around 3.8 million euros last year. "We are expecting a 20% increase this year, which will be prompted by the increasingly high demand on the real estate market, both for residential, office, and supermarkets construction," says Radu Ouatu, general manager of the company. Among the biggest demolition and earthwork projects Apolodor carried out last year are those for EuroMall in Pitesti, Herve Auchan in Titan, Centrul Comercial si Rezidential Baneasa (Baneasa Shopping and Residential Centre including Carrefour, Ikea, Mobexpert and a residential area), Cora in Cluj, the Bucharest West Logistic Park and Cotroceni Park. Last year, the company started a 14 million-euro investment plan for the acquisition of equipment through a leasing contract.
