Marcel Borodi, executive manager of IT solutions providerBrinel, with a 77 million lei (over EUR18 million) turnover, sayshe wants to continue to hire amid increasing demand from clientsand that he intends to acquire small companies to consolidate hisbusiness.
"We hired in 2010 and will continue to hire this year. We arealways on the lookout for IT-skilled people," says Borodi,specifying he will hire software experts, IT project managers,business consultants and technical-commercial engineers to promotethe company's solutions. "We will boost the sales team and thesoftware team by at least 25 experts," adds the head of theCluj-based company.
Brinel also targets expansion this year.
"We are looking carefully at companies involved in providingsolutions and integrating IT systems as potential acquisitiontargets," says Borodi. The company primarily targets theacquisition of companies that provide well-established nichesolutions.
