The Oradea plant of Celestica,the Canadian provider of electronic equipment parts with 6.5bndollars last year, got in six years from 18 to around 2,400employees amid production expansion and rising clientportfolio.
"Currently we have around2,400 employees at the Oradea plant. Should the turnover rise,we'll hire more people for the plant. We're in talks with manypotential clients, but we will not disclose their names untilcontracts are signed," Codruţa Bala, an HR manager with Celesticaplant of Bihor, told ZF Transilvania.
Six year after arriving inRomania, Celestica is further developing its business in Bihorcounty, with the company being known as one of the most discreet onthe market, but with figures that place it among the biggestexports, as well as among the 300 largest companies inRomania.
