Aurel Albu, one of the main shareholders in Carpatica Commercial Bank, increased his stake in the bank, following some transactions on RASDAQ. Albu used to hold 5.3% in the bank until a few days ago, whereas his interest reported at the end of last week reached 9.9%. The value of the shares he bought amounts to some 35.5bn ROL, a little over $1m. Capital market regulations forbid a shareholder to acquire more than 10% in a company without launching a tender offer. The bank's shares were the most traded on RASDAQ on Friday, as well, with operations worth 692m ROL. The only transaction of the day was closed at 19,000 ROL/share, the same as the previous price. ZF
