Eurial Invest of Cluj-Napoca, a Peugeot dealer, has generated a turnover in excess of 5.4m euros in the first five months of this year, up 59% against the same period in 2006. According to representatives of the Cluj-based company, during the first 5 months of this year Eurial Invest Cluj-Napoca delivered 361 Peugeot models including 302 passenger cars and 59 utility cars. For Peugeot models, the best-selling vehicle was the Peugeot 206 with 67 delivered units, followed by Peugeot 207 with 58 sold units and Peugeot 107 with over 50 delivered units. On the segment of utility cars, Eurial Invest Cluj sold 41 units of the Peugeot Boxer and 13 Partner models. In 2005, Eurial Invest conducted investments worth more than 5 million euros, which included the opening of a showroom with an area of 4,000 square metres in Cluj-Napoca, the fitting out of a car servicing centre, spaces for the display of new and used cars and a car parts warehouse. The Peugeot sales network includes 22 units countrywide including 19 units called Blue-box, which are built in line with the standards imposed by the French brand. Eurial Invest Cluj-Napoca is the Peugeot dealer for Cluj and Alba counties, with approximately 70 employees and two showrooms in Cluj-Napoca and Alba Iulia.
