Danya Cebus expects 130 million-euro turnover

Danya Cebus, the constructions division of the Israeli group Africa Israel, will derive around 130 million euros in its second year in business on the Romanian market, after in 2007 it posted some 3 million euros in turnover, according to data reported to the Finance Ministry. Five big contracts, which are expected to generate some 250 million euros in total revenues for the company in 2009, made this growth possible. Africa Israel's constructions unit also "profits" from the 2 billion-euro projects the Israeli group announced on the Romanian market. The biggest contract of company is the construction of the Cotroceni Park shopping centre developed by Africa Israel with an around 300 million euro investment. In addition, Danya Cebus is also involved in the construction of four residential projects, two of which are in Titan (developed by Adama real estate company) and one in Sisesti and Planorama in Colentina.
