Turism, Hoteluri si Restaurante (THR) Marea Neagra (the former Eforie) intends to merge by absorption with one of its service providers, Prodprest, which is located in Eforie. Prodprest provides related services for the hotel industry. Through this merger, THR Marea Neagra intends to get related services, such as laundry services, at lower cost. THR Marea Neagra also intends to dissolve the Efo Ro IT SRL Company, which provides IT services. "Efo Ro IT is a company in which we own 100%, which we did not feel was attaining the purpose it was created for, so we decided to dissolve it," THR Marea Neagra representatives explained. The two proposals will be debated by the General Meeting of Shareholders on November 30, that will also analyse the company''s nine-month results and elect a member to the board of directors. ZF
