20.06.2007, 18:33 18

Construction materials producer Forever Pipe will invest 4.5 million euros in the next two years in building two factories producing glass-made ecologic materials designated for construction works. "The value of the investment will stand at over 4.5 million euros. The first plant is expected to be opened at the beginning of next year in Campina, near the Campina-based Uzina Concordia (Concordia Plant). The second factory will most probably be located in Lugoj; where we hope to open it at the end of 2008. The total surface area of the two plants is around 8,000 square metres," Mihai Tanjala, general manager of Forever Pipe, told ZF. Tanjala explained that the company Mill Cell will be set up as a partnership between Forever Pipe and Uzina Concordia Campina, in order to sustain the investments. The stakes of the two companies have not been set yet. Mill Cell will also develop a national raw material collecting network, for glass and glass waste.
