International Leasing at the end of last year finished its third bond issue. Worth a total 4.8 million RON (1.3 million euros), the issue was oversubscribed nearly four times, after more than 18 million RON were subscribed by 119 individuals and legal entities during the offering. The bonds will be allocated on a pro-rata basis, meaning that they will be distributed directly proportionate with the subscription value. The third bond issue of the company after those in May 2000 and March 2002 is aimed at funding operational leasing contracts. The bonds are issued for four years, with repayment made in four annual instalments with a variable interest rate. ZF
