Law firm Bostina si Asociatii announced at the end of last week that it had turned its office in Vienna into a stand-alone company and closed its Chisinau office. The company in Vienna is called Bostina&Associates GmbH and aims to diversify the offer for Austrian companies that already are involved or want to be involved in business in Romania. Conversely, the company also offers Romanian businessmen assistance at targeting the Central-European market. Austria is one of the leading investors in Romania and, in turn, we are expecting Vienna to become a strategic focus for Romanian companies expanding to Western Europe," says Doru Bostina, the firm's coordinating lawyer. Bostina si Asociatii, whose turnover stands at 6.4 million euros, has recently announced the acquisition of the Swiss firm Westdin.
