Montero shareholders have 100m-euro plans

Real estate company Metropola Imobiliar, controlled by the shareholders of the drug distribution group Montero, is planning to invest 90m euros to build Pumac Business Center in Bucharest, on Iuliu Maniu Boulevard. The centre will be multifunctional and will include, besides storage room and offices, a fitness and entertainment area. "The centre will spread on 100,000 square metres and will need an investment of 90m euros. (...) We are also considering attracting an investment fund in this deal," Radu Tudorache, general manager of M Grup (which comprises both Montero and Metropola Imobiliar), told Ziarul Financiar. ZF
