North Capital Baltikum, a Norwegian capital company, will build a luxury hotel complex in Rasnov, on the site where part of the American movie "Cold Mountain" was shot. The "Cold Mountain Luxury Resort" complex will comprise three buildings and take up a total of five hectares. The A building of the complex will accommodate 600 people in studios and two and three room suites, will have a sports club with outdoor courts and a bar, a casino and retail space, a spa and three restaurants. B and C will have an accommodation capacity of 198 people in 90 suites, cinemas, bar and a coffee shop. The representatives of the developer would not reveal the value of the investment.
