18.07.2008, 00:00 13

Cypriot-held Omilos Group, which manages the development of two large shopping centres on the Romanian market will open the first part of Era Shopping Park project in Iasi on September 24, but postponed the opening of the project in Oradea until March next year, which was initially scheduled for the end of 2008. The first phase of the project in Iasi will include a Carrefour hypermarket, an Altex store and a shopping gallery with 63 stores, fully rented to companies like Takko, Sprider Stores and Benevenutti. Even faster than this, a Praktiker store that will take up 9,350 square metres will be inaugurated. The project in Oradea, whose first phase, which comprises a Carrefour, a Bricostore, a Media Galaxy, a shopping gallery and a cinema operated by Cinema City, was supposed to open at the end of the year, was postponed as a result of the feedback from tenants who felt it was not a good time to do it.
