Ali Yilmaz Yildirimlar, general manager of Radisson Blufive-star hotel of Calea Victoriei (424 rooms), who also took overthe management of the 294-room Centre Ville hotel complex,maintains the two accommodation units' turnovers will reach 25meuros this year, up 6.3% from 2009.
Centre Ville complex operates four and five-star rooms and iscontrolled by Bucureşti Turism company, just like RadissonBlu.
Centre Ville has been recently affiliated to Rezidor hotel chainand will take over the Radisson Blu brand, according to thecompany's officials. In the wake of affiliation, Rezidorinternational hotel chain will come to operate 718 rooms inBucharest.
"In the first three quarters of the year, the total revenues of thefive-star hotel, as well as of Centre Ville complex, reached 18.5meuros, with the average occupancy rate standing at 70%," specifiedAli Yilmaz Yildirimlar.
More than half of Centre Ville's rooms, namely 159 four-star rooms,are inhabited by deputies. Asked by ZF about the price per month ofa four-star room in Centre Ville, Ali Yilmaz Yildirimlar stated itstarted from 2,200 euros and reached 4,000 euros depending on thesize of the room and included services.
