Charles Arizmendi is taking over a key position at the Romaniansecurity software producer: he has to instil more discipline in thecompany with a view to its floatation, as well as handle growthmanagement and expansion on new key-markets of Asia.
The position was created to allow the founder and CEO FlorinTalpeş to deal more with strategy and work with development teams,says, in his first interview with the Romanian press, theVenezuelan expat Charles Arizmendi.
Which are, in brief, the plans for the future? "The intention is toboost our revenues and market share faster. I cannot say exactlywhere we are going to open new offices, but we are looking at Asia,at strong partnerships in China, Russia. We already have people inBrazil, hired this year. We have people in Chile, handling clientrelationships. We also have our people in Brazil. We're sure tobring people in China, as well, but we cannot say now how many andwhen".
