Landmark Management, which is controlled by Nicolae Ratiu, will invest 70 million euros within the next three to five years in the construction and reconditioning of industrial facilities on the platform of the former ARO Campulung plant. According to Ratiu, the investments in the platform of the industrial park in Campulung depend on the rate at which it will be possible to attract projects of new facilities. Ratiu specified that the 46 hectare-plot of the Campulung Industrial Park is dedicated mainly to investors involved in spare part production. "We are trying to establish contacts with potential investors. For the time being, at ARO, we are in full process of renovating a building and the networks," said Ratiu. The company will recondition industrial areas that cover around 100,000 square metres, which are already connected to the utilities networks, with an investment that amounts to 200 euros per square metre.
