Clabucet Sosire hotel complex in Predeal, controlled by the family of the former presidential adviser Theodor Stolojan, has been put on the market at a value of 11.4 million euros. "This tourism complex has seen ten years' worth of investment. My children have decided they can no longer take care of this business, so that is why they have decided to sell and to use the money from the sale elsewhere," Theodor Stolojan told ZF. The complex, which comprises the Premier hotel, the Clabucet Sosire SRL chalet and the Skiers' Bar, is part of the patrimony of Pavcrib Clabucet Sosire SRL. Stolojan's family owns 90% of the company's shares, while the remaining 10% are owned by Vasile Paval, who has until now been the manager of the complex. "My partners have decided they can no longer take care of the hotel and have decided to drop the business. The Stolojan family has continued the investment in the hotel with me, as partners in the company," stated Vasile Paval.
