Vinarte doubles share capital to 2.34m euros

Winemaker Vinarte has increased its share capital by 1.23 million euros from 1.1 million euros, according to a notification published by the company in the Official Gazette. Following this move, Vinarte's share capital is worth 2.34 million euros, divided into 1.3 million shares with a value of 10 RON each. Therefore, Vinarte's shareholders are Tania Voiculescu, with 0.0092% of the shares and F&I with 99.9908% of the shares. Vinarte has been present on the market since 1999, and reported a 2.2 million-euro turnover in 2005. In the first nine months of last year, the producer had sales worth approximately 3 million euros, 25% more than in the similar period of 2005. The company operates 450 hectares of vineyards, located in the Dealu Mare, Turnu Severin and Dragasani areas, some 280 hectares of which were leased from the state, the rest being company-owned.
