Colliers makes 3.9m euros, up 35%, with 30-year old managers

Colliers International, one of the biggest players on the realestate consultancy market, posted a 35% turnover increase in 2010,to around 3.9 million euros, returning to profit with a managingteam whose average age does not exceed 30.

Recently, DTZ Echinox has also presented its financial resultsfor 2010, which in turn reveal a 5% increase in revenues, to 2.8million euros.

The biggest contributor to Colliers' 2010 was the retaildepartment, run by Georgiana Andrei, 30, while the industrial andoffice segments recorded a lower volume of transactions.

The investment segment is supervised by New Zealander BlakeHorsley (36), while the industrial department is led by ViorelOpaiţ (31), with the two also involved in the company's officedepartment.
