Impuls Leasing, one of the top ten financial leasing companies on the market, has established an operational leasing company, which has already concluded its first contract with a corporate client for a 22-truck fleet. The main differences between financial and operational leasing are of a fiscal nature, in that instalments paid for the second type of leasing are entirely tax-deductible, unlike the first type. In the case of financial leasing, the financed good remains in the possession of the user, which does not happen for operational leasing contracts, although buying the good is an option. This type of financing is used mainly for vehicles. "This is our new product that mainly targets companies. In this period, where costs are a prime concern, operational leasing offers instalments that incorporate all services, including car maintenance and servicing, so companies know from the very start what their costs are," said Razvan Diaconescu, general manager of Impuls Leasing. The new company is called Impuls Leasing Services SRL and, as of early next year, will also work with individuals, while so far has targeted only corporate clients.
