Two new stores will join the tenant mix on the ground floor ofcentral Bucharest's Unirea shopping centre, with Spanish clothingretailer Inditex bringing another two stores of the group into thecentral area of the complex - Stradivarius and Pull and Bear -after opening Zara and Bershka in the past two years.

The former tenants that had stores located in between cosmeticsretailer Douglas and the space that will accommodate the futureH&M store, have already cleared up to make room for the Spanishretailer.

"Stadivarius and Pull and Bear will open stores on the groundfloor, more specifically in the central area of Unirea shoppingcentre," sources from the retail market told ZF.
This means the Adamescu family, who controls the Unirea shoppingcentres in Bucharest and Brasov, will change the entire portfolioof ground floor retailers in less than two years' time, with theshopping centre set to consolidate its status as Bucharest'sstarting point for shopping.
