Romcar, Ford general representative in Romania sold 575 Ford cars in Q1 this year, 42% more than in the same time last year. Ford Focus remains the best-selling model, with 191 units purchased in the first three months of the year, followed by the Ford Transit utility vehicle - 169 units and Ford Mondeo - 127 units. The company has recently launched the Ford Fusion model, which, along with the Ford Fiesta released last year, totalled 100 units in sales in the first quarter of this year. Whereas Romcar sold 162 Fords in January, the sales in each the two months that followed reached over 200 units. ZF
