Bucharest's General Council will put up for public debate the Urban Development Plan (PUZ) submitted by Strategic Land, regarding a plot located on Serban Voda Street in Bucharest, where the company intends to build an office building with a maximum of 16 floors, i.e. a 62-metre tall building, according to data on the Bucharest Town Hall's website. The company requests a 50% POT (land occupancy percentage) for the 5,500 square-metre land in the Parcul Tineretului area and a maximum 3.5 land use index (CUT), so the company could build an around 20,000 square-metre complex here. The public debate is set to take place on December 16. 17,000 square metres will be dedicated to office space and 3,000 square metres to housing space. The concept has been put together by Urbe 2000, and the project's beneficiaries will also need the approval of the Romanian Civil Aviation Authority, according to the same source.
