Tariffs operated by recruitment companies on the local market cover a wide range of margins, from 500 euros for entry-level positions, to 40,000 euros in the case of getting a top manger for a large company. "When talking strictly about recruitment and executive search companies, tariffs can reach as much as 40,000 euros per position," says Daniela Necefor, managing partner of Total Business Solutions, a company that provides recruitment and human resource consulting services. However, the local recruitment market is quite fragmented and lacks common standards. "For a national sales manager position, there are companies which operate tariffs of 700 euros (usually local recruitment companies). On the other hand, executive search companies ask for 15,000 - 25,000 euros for finding such a position," says Cristina Savuica, managing partner of recruitment company Luggera&Makler.
