AAA Auto, a company that sells second-hand cars on European markets such as the Czech Republic, Poland, Hungary and Romania, posted 1.25 million-euro losses at its Romanian and Dutch divisions, while sales amounted to 6.31 million euros. "The performance of the division will be closely monitored, and the Board of Directors will analyse the results and make a decision concerning the division's operations by June 2009," reads the first-half financial report. In June this year, the Czech-based company withdrew from the Polish market following unsatisfactory results registered on this market. In Romania, the Board of Directors of AAA Auto approved a plan for relaunching the division, with a view to improving results. The Romanian market has the smallest share of the group's sales, with just 2.8%.
