Stephen Stead, the British manager that Advent International investment fund appointed at the helm of drug producer LaborMed Pharma, has recruited Lucian Codreanu (as Commercial Manager), Mirel Florica (as COO), Anca Petrescu (as Human Resource Manager) and Andreea Ombas (as Marketing Manager), for positions left vacant or newly created within the company. All four of them have filled similar positions within Terapia Cluj. Advent International, which took over LaborMed for 123 million euros at the beginning of this year, replaced the company's management soon after sealing the deal with the team it had from 2003 to 2006 at Terapia. The four joined other managers, who have been with LaborMed for several months now, Stephen Stead (CEO), Mircea Ilie (CFO) and Adrian Stroilescu (Business Development Director), who also used to hold top management positions at Terapia.
