Several companies in the Atlassib holding, among which Transmixt, Autotim and Transdara, took out a credit worth 2.48 million euros in order to acquire 24 IRIBUS coaches, according to data from the Official Gazette. The credit was taken out from the Sibiu branch of Finansbank, for a five-year period. "These coaches will service several counties, Bucharest, Sibiu, Timisoara, Arad and Suceava. The bulk of the coaches, 9 of them, will go to Transmixt," said Ilie Carabulea, Atlassib's majority shareholder. Carabulea will take out another loan worth some 12 million euros this year, in order to start building a business centre, and the total investment will amount to some 15 million euros. The businessman will also invest in a mall, as well as in an airline. The Ramada hotel will be inaugurated this year, which took investments of some 20 million euros. Only 30% of this sum came from the company's own funds.
