Net turnover (378.2bn ROL) accounts for about 84% of the entire last year's turnover (451.5bn ROL). Total spending had come to 328.1bn ROL by the end of September, 81% of the total spending of 2003, while total revenues (398.5bn ROL) accounted for 83% of the full-year figure for 2003. Braiconf's share capital amounts to 7.46bn ROL divided into shares whose par value stands at 1,000 ROL. Its principal shareholder is PAS (Employee Association) Braiconf, which owns 39.39%, while Tidal Wave Trading Ltd and Romanian Reconstruction Ltd. own 9.99% and 9.37% respectively. ZF
