Real estate investment company Chayton Capital, headquartered in London, will develop an office park on a 55,000 square-metre plot in the Pipera area of Bucharest, an investment amounting to over 110 million euros, of which 93 million euros will come from a credit taken out from Investkredit, a division of Volksbank. "Swan Office Park Pipera is our first major investment in Bucharest, and is part of our portfolio in Central and Eastern Europe. Romania is of strategic importance for us, as part of a wider regional development plan, because we have other projects planned in the next few years, as well," said Neil Crowder, managing partner with Chayton Capital. The project developed in partnership by Chayton Duna Fund Property as an investor and by Arca Holding as a developer, consists of five buildings, of which three are five-floor buildings, one is a six-floor building and one is a 12-floor one, whose ground floor will be dedicated to retail and entertainment activities.
